1. Visits and local preferences

The site presents company and product information. Products remain in launch preparation. There are no registration, reservation, payment or launch-notification forms, advertising trackers or third-party traffic analytics.

When you choose static mode, browser local storage remembers your motion preference, not your identity or an advertising profile. Clear site data in your browser to remove it.

2. Hosting and network-security records

Pages and media are served from Tencent Cloud in Shanghai, China. Necessary request records are processed to deliver content, investigate faults and protect the website.

Access logs record time, IP address, method, path, response status, response size and duration. They do not deliberately record query strings, cookies, credentials, referrers or full browser identifiers. Security error logs may include fault-related request context; do not place passwords, verification codes or private content in URLs.

Relevant network-security logs are retained for at least six months to meet network-security obligations. Normal daily rotation retains approximately 200 days. Necessary retention for incidents or legal requirements may continue, with the reason and scope reviewed.

3. Email and retention

We process the email address, message and necessary attachments you choose to send to answer enquiries or handle support and privacy requests. Company mail uses Tencent enterprise email, separately from website logs.

Ordinary enquiries and support mail are retained for 180 days after case closure. Original privacy-request mail is also retained for 180 days after closure; minimal case records documenting receipt and the outcome are retained for three years, not all attachments or complete email contents.

Attachments with no continuing purpose are cleared within 30 days after that purpose ends. Owners review expired materials monthly, covering company-controlled sent and received mail, case records and exported working copies. Provider disaster-recovery copies follow the applicable provider mechanisms; simultaneous instant removal of every copy is not promised.

Open cases retain only necessary working material, reviewed monthly. Legal or dispute holds record the reason, scope and review date. Normal cleanup resumes when the exception ends.

4. Protection, recipients and future services

Only authorized support, privacy and maintenance personnel process data for the relevant purpose. Enquiries and privacy requests are not used for marketing or sold; legally required disclosures are limited as applicable.

Tencent Cloud hosts the site and Tencent enterprise email provides mail services. External filing-check pages process visits under their own rules. dots is not connected. Changes to processing or recipients will be checked for necessary safeguards and reflected in this notice.

5. Requests and contact

Contact privacy@utopiaduo.com for access, correction, copies, deletion or complaints. Identity checks should be proportionate. Do not send verification codes, passwords, tokens or unnecessary private records.

If records must still be retained by law, we explain the reason and restrict their use. This notice does not replace in-App account or data deletion and does not mean the Apps are publicly available.

6. Version and updates

Version 2026-10-13 applies when the website first opens publicly; the actual opening date is recorded in the release record. Material changes to purposes, scope or recipients will be reflected here, with any additional notice or consent handled as required.
